It is strange that every time I perform a manual backup, the total space is 9.33 GB. After compressing the file to backup, the system will upload to One Drive but cannot upload 100% successfully. It will be stuck at about 50% of the space and will remain like that until I have to cancel the upload to the Cloud and have to download it to save myself. Please find a solution. Thank you.
